DotNetTricks reserves the right to postpone/cancel a live training or change the time of a training because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force measure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability etc.)

1. We offer users a 5-day, no-question-asked money back guarantee on Self-paced course(s) and Live training Membership if no training content (PDF, PPTs, Code) has been downloaded.
2. The refund should be claimed within 5 days of registration or purchase.
3. A Self-Paced training and Live training purchase is Non-Refundable:
   1. If you download the training content (PDF, PPTs, Code).
   2. If you watch more than 30 mins. video course or class recordings.
4. No such request will be entertained after 5 days of registration or purchase.
5. Post 5 days, as per refund policy, further EMIs will not be cancelled in case of RazorPay EMI or LiquiLoans EMI.
6. Company reserves the absolute rights to revise these terms without prior notice to you other than by posting revised terms on the website.

2. The refund should be claimed within 24 hours of eBook purchase.
3. An eBook purchase is Non-Refundable, if you download the eBook PDF.
4. No such request will be entertained after 24 hours of purchase.
